This singer and actress dropped 60 pounds and 10 dress sizes (a 16 to 6) after having a baby last August. Jennifer says she decided after she gave birth she wanted to look and feel better. Through diet and exercise she lost the weight and won InStyle's Makeover of the Year award.
Hudson credits Weight Watchers for her helping her shed all her weight and keep it off. She even wrote a book about it.

Jennifer Hudson may be one of Weight Watcher's big success stories, but after shedding more than 80 pounds, the 31-year-old singer is finished losing weight. In an interview with Redbook magazine, Hudson says that she's at her desired weight -- but that people think that she is still slimming down.

"I’m at the weight I want to be," she said. But I hear all the time, 'Don’t lose any more weight, you need to stop.' People are under the impression that I’m still losing but I’m not."

"I've cooked all my meals at home, when I work out I do what I like to do, I don't believe in overdoing myself," she explains. "It's all about self motivation because at the end of the day you can have all the money and all the personal trainers in the world, but if you don't have that mindset it's not possible... You have to do it for yourself."
